Anthony Davis and Austin Reaves said clear and loud, the team needs to win, no more excuses, Coach Darvin Ham continues with his same old speech, the team can't find consistency and rhythm unless the whole team is healthy and available.

Tonight is a key game for the Lakers if they want to turn things around, coach Darvin Ham, whose seat is reportedly getting warm, needs to start winning, and the latest injury report update isn't the news he was hoping for, but can't focus on it anymore.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis have been available for the most part this season and have shown some incredible level, playing some of their best games since 2020, but besides Austin Reaves, the rest of the group hasn't been on the same level.

Ahead of tonight's game versus the Memphis Grizzlies, the Lakers' injury report has Anthony Davis as probable, LeBron James as questionable, D'Angelo Russell as doubtful due to a tailbone contusion with Rui Hachimura, and Gabe Vincent out.

Darvin Ham's seat has become warm according to an NBA insider

The Athletic's Jovan Buha recently spoke on the Lakers' potential firing of head coach Darvin Ham: “Yes, it is on the table. It’s not gonna happen today/tomorrow, but if this continues with the home stand they have coming up (23 of the first 25 days of January are at home). If they come out of that under .500, potentially even sooner, if you’re 2-3 under .500. The seat warming has started. If we were comparing it to a car, it’s a level 1 out of level 3, but that could easily go to levels 2-3 with another loss or two. It’s championship or bust. They are going to approach the trade deadline with that mentality, but also the on-court product with the coaching/rotations. The seat has started to warm, wouldn’t say it’s hot yet; it’s warming. Some of the body language was bad. The vibes last night were as bad as they’ve been all season. It’s in play, potentially sooner or later with Darvin.”
