The Los Angeles Lakers can't catch a break, after returning from the All-Star break, the team had more players injured and lost to the Golden State Warriors with a shorthanded version of them.

But the Lakers are finally getting some players back as LeBron James returned to the floor and helped the team beat the San Antonio Spurs despite Christian Wood being one of the players out because of a knee injury.

Just when things started going for the better, the Lakers' big man Christian Wood got involved in a controversy as some woman accused the center earlier this morning of showing up at her home, threatening her, and trying to "kidnap" the son of her friend.

Wood said he was just going to pick up his son, but the thing has been suspicious and is creating controversy as the woman has released a video and screenshots of conversations between her and the Lakers star even attaching the owner Jeanie Buss in some social media posts.

Christian Wood is set to miss about two weeks due to a knee injury

Reports have Christian Wood out for approximately two weeks with swelling in his left knee. However, there is optimism that Wood's knee injury is minor and he will be able to return within the initial projected injury timeline. But now Christian is facing a bigger problem with the latest accusation he received.
