Arguably the Lakers' weakest position this season has been the head coach Darvin Ham, his poor decision-making in-games, lack of strategy, extreme team rotations constant change in the starting lineups and not knowing how to manage his injured roster have made the team struggle in the season.

But in the last couple of weeks, it seems that Ham has started to make sense, with moves like sending Taurean Prince to a bench role and replacing in the starting lineup with Rui Hachimura and in the future probably Jarred Vanderbilt once is fully healthy and on a great level again.

Now that the Lakers are hours away from signing and making Spencer Dinwiddie officially a Lakers player, coach Ham needs to avoid something he has done in the past when he has multiple guards available on his roster.

Ham needs to avoid at all costs using Spencer Dinwiddie with Austin Reaves and D'Angelo Russell at the same time, as that team could get killed on the floor. Darvin is known to love his 3-guard lineups, but that has to stop if he wants his team to turn the season around.

D'Angelo Russell is excited with the Lakers roster plus the addition of Spencer

D'Angelo Russell: "With all the guys we have it's going to allow guys to step up when their name is called. I think the chemistry is going to keep growing."
