Passing the midway point of the season, the LA Lakers don't seem to find their right foot and they are once again under .500 after the latest loss to the Atlanta Hawks. The Lakers played without Anthony Davis and the supposed team's depth didn't help at all, the team continues to heavily rely on their two superstars.

LeBron James posted at midnight on his X account, an hourglass emoji, and while it can have different interpretations, the FS1 'Undisputed' analyst Skip Bayless believes the message is clear, LeBron James is tired of coach Darvin Ham, the time is up and the organization could be firing him soon.

Bayless said earlier today that he believes Darvin Ham is going to get fired soon. Still, Bayless keeps going after LeBron James and his free throws, as at 39 years keeps carrying the team, especially with coach Darvin Ham at the helm. Skip said that he likes Darvin Ham, and believes should get another chance after leading the team to the WCF.

Skip also added that the Lakers got the Nuggets to the wire and LeBron James was what affected the team and not the coaching. Skip's co-host, Richard Herman also added “I can’t see Darvin Ham being there much longer."

The Lakers fans want coach Darvin Ham to be replaced ASAP

The time is up for coach Darvin Ham and also could be for some players like Taurean Prince, Cam Reddish, Jaxson Hayes, and more. If reports were correct in earlier weeks, Phil Handy could be upgraded to the team's head coach, especially since Doc Rivers is now the Bucks head coach.
