Austin Reaves is back in the starting lineup

Desperate times require desperate measures and coach Darvin Ham knows that things need to change despite his answer in the pregame against the Memphis Grizzlies saying that he has full support from the Lakers governor Jeanie Buss and GM Rob Pelinka and his job isn't in danger.

But his actions show that he is trying his best to win tonight's game and because of that, he has repeated the last match's starting lineup even though the previous game ended with a loss and has shaken things in the franchise.

Darvin has kept Austin Reaves in the starting lineup for tonight's game, in what fans and the organization were hoping, as the guard has constantly been this season the third star of the team and keeps showing he isn't a promise anymore but a reality.

"Nah man, it comes with the territory. I'm solid. My governor, Jeanie Buss, the boss lady, our president, Rob Pelinka, we're all aligned," said Darvin Ham about the recent reports on the "disjointedness" of the team.

Darvin Ham believes his team will win tonight's game

"I'm looking for a much better performance tonight," said Darvin Ham feeling optimistic about his team's performance against the Grizzlies in tonight's must-win match.
