The Los Angeles Lakers had a setback following the All-Star break as they lost by a blowout to the Golden State Warriors. The Purple and gold have released their latest injury report update with some great news.
While the team will continue to be shorthanded, the Lakers biggest star, LeBron James will be back to face the Spurs as the team needs as many wins as they can get with only 25 games left in the campaign.
LeBron James with a left ankle peroneal tendinopathy is probable, and Anthony Davis with bilateral Achilles tendinopathy and left hip spasm is questionable.
Cam Reddish with right ankle sprain is doubtful while Jarred Vanderbilt, Gabe Vincent, and Christian Wood continue to be out and won't be available for coach Darvin Ham to use them.
Ham has earned his fair share of skeptics since becoming L.A.’s head coach, and earlier this season, there were even some questions about his job security. But for now, his spot with the Lakers seems safe, even if he doesn’t do himself any favors in the media at times.
