Lakers vs. Utah Jazz

It won't be an easy game tonight for the Los Angeles Lakers against the Utah Jazz, even if the roster was fully healthy, but now will be tougher as the team will be shorthanded with five players missing the contest as LeBron James is officially out.

The latest Lakers status report update has Anthony Davis with bilateral Achilles tendinopathy and left hip spasm as questionable for tonight's game, which is the second leg of a back-to-back after Tuesday's win over the Detroit Pistons.

Max Christie with right ankle sprain, LeBron James with left ankle peroneal tendinopathy, Cam Reddish with right ankle sprain, Jarred Vanderbilt with right midfoot sprain, and Gabe Vincent with left knee surgery are out.

LeBron announced it himself following the win over the Pistons, which made some NBA fans, who aren't followers of the purple and gold say that he wants to avoid playing in the back-to-back of the week against the stronger team. The Lakers could get the win as they proved by missing AD and LeBron against the Celtics last week.

The Lakers rookies also won't be available against the Utah Jazz

The Lakers status report also has Jalen Hood-Schifino and Maxwell Lewis with the South Bay Lakers. The team will be shorthanded but now with the addition of Spencer Dinwiddie and the group showing depth, the team should be able to battle and even get the win over Utah.
