Thursday's night game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors became a nightmare for the purple and gold as the team didn't have LeBron James nor Christian Wood, lost, and also Austin Reaves got injured.
Despite Anthony Davis's best efforts and Austin Reaves wanting to help the team get the win at Golden State, the guard got hurt and while he returned at one point, in the most critical moment of the game he was absent, the team lost.
Austin Reaves on his ankle injury: "I tried to go make a play on the ball, realized as soon as I jumped, I was late. ... I think my ankle got caught a little behind, tweaked it a little bit, but nothing that ain't happened before."
Reaves should be back for tomorrow's night game against the San Antonio Spurs but this isn't good news as LA players continue to get hurt and injured. The Lakers need to start winning if they want to climb the seeds in the West.
Stephen Curry had an extraordinary night scoring 32 points and leading the Warriors to a 128 - 110 victory while Anthony Davis had 27 points, but was shy from leading the team to the victory as the Warriors were far superior to LA tonight.
