Beyond the number of player injuries the Los Angeles Lakers have to endure during the first 36 games of the season, the team hasn't been able to bring the best out of what was considered to be a deep roster once the offseason moves ended for the purple and gold franchise.

Coach Darvin Ham has been struggling not find his right starting lineup, as he discarded what worked best for the team in the last season, it happened in part because Jarred Vanderbilt was out the first 20 games of the season due to a calf injury. Since then, things changed and players like Austin Reaves and D'Angelo Russell have been having to come off the bench roles.

Things have gone awfully bad for the team, as in their last 14 games, they are 4-10 and reports suggested the Lakers locker room to be growing disconnected with their head coach due to extreme team rotations, disjointedness around lineups, and adjustments.

Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas has given a reality check to Darvin Ham, by explaining perfectly how the Lakers coach should be thinking. Arenas said recently on his show that if players like Cam Reddish aren't starting in other NBA teams when played for them, then he shouldn't be a starter for LA, and that applies to many players on the roster.

Gilbert Arenas also "called" LeBron James to take out the trash

In the same episode, Arenas said that LeBron James should bring some trash bags and hang them on the lockers of players like Cam Reddish, Taurean Prince, and other role players who aren't bringing to the team what is needed to win games.
