In the Lakers vs. NY Knicks, the players the team is missing

Los Angeles Lakers and the NY Knicks are having an intense battle with a close game between the two teams, but one thing is evident, with the Lakers trailing by a couple of points, the defensive is feeling the absence of Jarred Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt could be out for the rest of the season as he is still been checked to see if surgery is needed or will be able to recover sooner. But on the court, the team needs his defensive skills.

Even when Anthony Davis and LeBron James are back in tonight's game against the Knicks the team is currently losing by 3 points, Jarred Vanderbilt's defensive game would be helpful. To make things worse for fans, Coach Ham finally sent Taurean Prince to the bench but Vanderbilt wasn't available to start.

Anthony Davis and LeBron James are back and giving good performances so far, still hasn't been enough to get the lead after three quarters. AD has scored 8 points with 16 rebounds while LeBron has scored 18 points with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.

The good news is Ham finally sent Taurean Prince to the bench, the bad news is Jarred Vanderbilt is out for multiple weeks, and the good news, is Rui Hachimura has a new opportunity starting the game. After the first quarter, Hachimura scored 4 points.
