The career of LeBron James isn't just spectacular in the NBA but is one of the most impressive ever seen in sports history. The LA Lakers superstar has dominated the league for 20 years, and in his year 21, he isn't stopping anytime soon.

What LeBron James is doing this year in the NBA has been impossible for other players in league history as no one has been close to pulling off similar numbers to what the Lakers star has been doing at 39 years old and in his year 21.

Not even Kobe Bryant or other greats like Kareem Abdul-Jabbar were able to pull off great performances when playing at the end of their career, unlike LeBron James who has set himself to be one of the greatest of all time and will continue to do it for more time, showing his endurance, longevity and love to the sport.

In his year 21, the Lakers superstar has been averaging 24.8 PPG, 7.2 RPG, and 7.8 APG showing that he is one of the best players in the league, in his team, and is inspiring other players to attempt the kind of longevity he keeps showing.

D'Angelo Russell revealed that as soon as he stopped caring, he played his best basketball

The Lakers guard spoke about how he was able to put aside all the noise and focus on being the best version of himself on the court: “Guys come in, they care about their percentages, they care about all this stuff and then they struggle,” Russell told FOX Sports. “As soon as I stopped caring about it, I played my best basketball of my career.”
