Lakers beat the Clippers in their latest Battle for LA Edition

LeBron James continues to do at 39 years old what no other NBA player has been able to do at that age and year 20 in the league and beyond. James has shown why he is often considered to be the basketball's GOAT over Michael Jordan.

The Lakers superstar LeBron went supernova on the Clippers in the fourth quarter and brought the Lakers to a much-needed win, now the role players need to step up their game to make the team a serious contender for the NBA title.

Tonight the purple and gold have shown what they are capable of when taking things seriously and when they decide to bring the defensive game they have potentially for the rest of the season.

Just when things were getting ugly as the Lakers were at one moment trailing by 18 points with Kawhi Leonard and James Harden looking unstoppable, LeBron went to score 34 points while Anthony Davis 20 points for the team to get the win.

Darvin Ham has found his starting lineup and needs to stick for the rest of the season

After most of the season, coach Darvin Ham finally understood and brought continuity from last year with a starting lineup with repeating players. Since Ham started D'Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, LeBron James, Rui Hachimura, and Anthony Davis, the Lakers are 7-1, which proves that this starting five should be the one to stick for the rest of the campaign.
