Lakers vs. NY Knicks

Following the huge win the Los Angeles Lakers had against the Boston Celtics, the current No. 1 team in the East and overall NBA this season without their two superstars, the group is looking forward to their next stop, New York, tonight they have another tough contest ahead of them and the players are doing everything they can to repeat what they did in Boston.

This time around, LeBron James and Anthony Davis could be back to help the rest of the team, as every player needs to bring their A-game that they show are capable of doing, now is the turn for Darvin Ham to not ruin it with his lack of adjustments and bad team rotation.

One of the biggest issues the Lakers will have to face tonight and the games that follow is that Jarred Vanderbilt will be out for multiple weeks, still, the team is ready to get back on the court and they are getting hyped after their shootaround.

Via ESPN's Dave McMenamin: "The Lakers are having their morning shootaround at a Nike facility in NYC where there’s a familiar face outside the gym." The familiar face is a poster of LeBron James. The team is looking good and wants to follow what they did vs. Boston.

With Vando out, Dejounte Murray should stop being a priority

Many reports have Dejounte Murray as the front office's main focus ahead of the trade deadline, but with Jarred Vanderbilt's injury, the situation has changed. The Lakers have to go out and get a POA wing defender. DFS, Royce, someone of that style. That should be the priority now.
