The Los Angeles Lakers want to continue moving in the right direction and tonight is a great opportunity to increase their winning streak to two as they will be hosting the game against the Detroit Pistons, the only problem is they are missing multiple players because of injuries.

Cam Reddish, Gabe Vincent, and Jarred Vanderbilt continue to be out like they have been in the last few games, but now they are joined by Max Christie who hasn't been able to recover. Recently the Lakers announced the four of them will be re-evaluated after the NBA's All-Star break, meaning they won't be available for tonight's game vs. Detroit and tomorrow's game vs. the Utah Jazz.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis are also part of the injury report as both superstars are listed as questionable, but following the trend of most of the season they should be playing to get the win and increase their streak after beating the New Orleans Pelicans last week.

Not everything is bad news as the Lakers just added the point guard Spencer Dinwiddie to their roster using the 15th spot they had empty and tonight is set to be his debut with the purple and gold. Ham has plans to use his famous 3-guards lineups and has even revealed he wants to close games with the new point guard plus Reaves and D'Angelo Russell.

Darvin Ham opened up about what Dinwiddie brings to the Lakers' table

“I think he compliments them well, he can defend, he can pass, he can dribble, he can shoot.” Darvin Ham speaks on Spencer Dinwiddie’s abilities and playing alongside Anthony Davis & LeBron James.
