Skip Bayless finally has praise for the LA Lakers star, but is not LeBron James

Anthony Davis has been set to be the Los Angeles Lakers face now that LeBron James continues to be the biggest superstar but being 39 years old he isn't supposed to carry the heavy load anymore, even when he has continued to play more than 30 minutes per game.

One of the biggest things the NBA media and the purple and gold fans have been asking from the big man is his consistency and to stay healthy as much as he can, and so far in the 2023-24 season he has delivered.

Despite the many struggles the team has had this campaign, Anthony Davis's inconsistency and injuries haven't been part of them. The Fox Sports 1 'Undisputed' sports expert Skip Bayless now has praised the Lakers big man.

While Bayless is known to be LeBron James' number one detractor and has been a harsh critic of AD, Skip now is praising AD, especially after his 41-point game in the win over the Toronto Raptors: "He's showing you he can carry the load. That's extraordinary to me."

The Lakers are looking to get AD and LeBron help in the offensive end

NBA insider from The Athletic's Jovan Buha reported that the Lakers will be focused on bringing in more offense before the trade deadline. This is a sentiment former Lakers champ Lamar Odom concurs: "It's a must we get some more offensive players. AD and LeBron can't do this alone."
