The Los Angeles Lakers started their 6-game road trip on a high note as they got the win over the Golden State Warriors in what has to be one of the greatest performances of all time, having one of the most epic matchups between LeBron James and Steph Curry.
LeBron James closed things out for the purple and gold, just when the team was trailing by one point, 4 seconds on the clock, the star drove to the rim and got fouled, then proceeded to score the two free throws and the team won the game.
Skip Bayless, FS1 'Undisputed' NBA analyst, who is known to be a LeBron James detractor, has finally "broken up" and cheered for the Lakers superstar, especially after the last play where the team got the win, the superstar did something he usually doesn't.
"YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, LEBRON. ATTAWAY. DO WHAT YOU DO GREATEST. DRIVE IT AND HAVE THE GUTS TO GO MAKE THE FREE THROWS. YOU FINALLY MADE 'EM BOTH. ONE WOULD'VE BEEN FINE." Bayless reacted to James scoring the free throws to get the win.
"What a great game that was to watch. Such great clutch 3-point shooting by Steph, Klay, and DLo. Such great back and forth. I was thoroughly entertained. In the end, the better team won." Wrote Bayless about the great game between LA and Golden State.
