While Christian Wood has been helpful for the LA Lakers, he has worked as a role player coming off the bench. The team still needs a center that can help Anthony Davis on the defensive end and the new reported possible trade could fix that.

The name of Dejounte Murray has been linked to the Lakers for a couple of weeks now, but the name of Clint Capela has recently been tossed around as a possibility of being part of the deal if the purple and gold go for the move.

The biggest challenge the Lakers are facing is that to land those two Hawks players they need to give some valuable assets, and the names that have been rumored to be part of the deal are Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura, two fan-favorites.

While fans would like the Lakers to get rid of Cam Reddish, Gabe Vincent, or even Taurean Prince, the reality is that teams aren't interested in them, even reports have D'Angelo Russell not having market value.

Over his last 4 games, the Lakers big man has averaged 12.3 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 1.8 BPG 2ith 55/43/100%. Also, since coach Darvin Ham gave the center an opportunity, the team is 3-1 in the last 4 games he's played in.
