Despite the struggles in the season for the Los Angeles Lakers clearly showing the weakest part of the team being coach Darvin Ham, the front office led by owner and governor Jeanie Buss alongside GM Rob Pelinka have shown their full support to the head coach.

Many rumors had a disconnect between the locker room and the head coach, still, the talent of the players has been able to start turning things around with Ham starting to slightly improve, still, most fans believe if the team wants to win the NBA title Darvin needs to go.

About a month ago, Darvin Ham was the number one head coach to be set to get fired, but now two other NBA teams have made a chance on their helm with the latest news having the Brooklyn Nets firing their head coach.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported: "The Brooklyn Nets dismissed coach Jacque Vaughn on Monday morning, sources tell ESPN." The Bucks and the Nets have changed coaches while LA keeps betting on Darvin Ham despite his countless mistakes.

LeBron James has an injury he wants to heal soon

James arrived at All-Star Weekend on Sunday, rather than Saturday like the rest of the All-Stars, because he was seeking treatment on his left ankle that caused him to sit out L.A.'s last game before the break -- a 138-122 win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday. "Trying to get my ankle as strong and as back to where I feel confident that I can finish off this last third of the season," James said. "I won't be playing the entire game tonight, for sure. I can get out there and run around with the young guys for a little bit and then shut it down at some point to give my body, and my ankle more importantly, another opportunity to rest."
