The injury struggles continue for the LA Lakers as they will be back from the NBA All-Star break with more players missing than the rest of the season as they won't have five of their key players.

Without Cam Reddish who was a last-minute call of being out by coach Ham, LeBron James, Gabe Vincent, Jarred Vanderbilt, and now Christian Wood, the team only saw the return of sophomore Max Christie.

Wood is the backup center and with only Jaxson Hayes to replace Anthony Davis on the team rotations, coach Darvin Ham has decided to give an opportunity to rookie Colin Castleton who has been shining in the G-League.

Via NBA insider Jovan Buha of The Athletic: "Darvin Ham says the Lakers will likely play smaller without Christian Wood but there's a chance he'll use rookie center Colin Castleton."

LeBron James is with the team in GSW despite the fact he won't be playing, according to Darvin Ham. His left ankle is a "day-to-day thing," the coach said. Max Christie is back after missing the last four games, but Cam Reddish is out tonight despite having been upgraded yesterday from out to questionable, per Darvin Ham.
