The Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has become one of the greatest players of all time in the NBA, he is currently 39 years old and playing his year 21 in the league, which hasn't been easy as he continues to display a great level of the game, something that no other player has done before on year 20 and beyond.

It seems, that LeBron James has one particular superstition as recently revealed by a former Miami Heat teammate, Mario Chalmers who describes interesting things that the Lakers superstar likes to do before games.

Before every game, LeBron James lays his jersey on the floor and no one is allowed to step over it. If someone steps over it, he will have the equipment manager get him a brand-new jersey, shorts, tights, headband, armband, and socks.

“That man will lay his whole outfit out on the floor for the game and make sure everybody walks around it,” Chalmers said. Another one of James’ former teammates with the Lakers Thomas Bryant (who currently plays for Miami) – chimed in on Chalmers’ comments. “You better walk around it,” Bryant said. “Don’t walk over it.”

The time when the media stepped on LeBron's uniform

Chalmers then shared a story of a time when James’ jersey was stepped over and how the four-time champion reacted. “One time, the media walked over the jersey, he snapped,” Chalmers said. “And he made the equipment man go get him a whole new jersey, shorts, tights, headband, armband, socks and laid it right back out.”
