After game one for the Lakers, the player the fans want back instead of Gabe Vincent

The NBA 2023-24 season is here and the Los Angeles Lakers opened it against the champions, the Denver Nuggets, a team that received their championship rings.

The purple and gold failed to live up to the high expectations set by the offseason moves, the players themselves, and coach Darvin Ham. And after just one game, a side of the fanbase is already wanting the organization to bring back a player who left in the summer.

Gabe Vincent is one of the new players who just signed this offseason with LA and will take time to get on the same page as the rest of the team. Is early in the season and the group still needs to gel.

"Denver was Denver. They played good basketball... A lot of stuff we need to work on, of course. It's game one, not gonna get too high or too low." Said Vincent.

Gabe pointed to Denver's continuity as something the Lakers are striving for. "Those things don't just happen overnight." But fans are tired of waiting, also they trust in the team to develop chemistry soon as the main core is brought back to get ready quicker than last season.

Is just game one, but fans already are missing Dennis Schröder, which is funny as many wanted him out, despite bringing some value to the team and helping reach the WCF in the last campaign.
