One of the main complaints the Lakers fans have is that the team has different young prospects for the future, but coach Darvin Ham doesn't give them enough playing time or has any plan to help develop them, one big example being the sophomore young guard Max Christie.

Christie is in his second year 2 in the NBA, he was set to be part of the team's rotation this season but things haven't panned out like everyone expected, and even became the target of critics, but to get better, the guard requires to be more on the floor.

Darvin Ham hasn't really given the chance to prove himself, until this Thursday night against the Charlotte Hornets. Christie had his best performance in the NBA so far and now has earned the right to get more time on the court.

Max was great, though we wouldn't assume he produces like that every night, it's games like this one that give you a sense of what his future looks like. In his last big-minutes outing, he had 2 points on 1-6 shooting and 1 rebound. Developing him should be a priority for coach Darvin Ham, though.

Head coach Darvin Ham hasn't been capable of managing his team properly

Wood has been needing a chance for weeks, but Ham finally gave him the opportunity, and the big man delivered. Darvin's lineups... have been counterintuitive for the most part, still, after the win over the Hornets, the head coach will feel his most recent starting lineup to be justified.
