It has been a great year for Austin Reaves, thanks to his breakout season he was able to cement himself as a reality for the team, showing he isn't just a promise but the real deal, becoming a starter for coach Ham's lineups, singing the max-extension and being part of the Team USA that is about to play the upcoming FIBA World Cup.
But the good news doesn't stop there, as Austin Reaves is one of the NBA stars to have a signature shoe, which the limited Ice Cream edition was released today and sold out within seconds.
Reaves went to talk to the Full Send Podcast, where he revealed how he got the signature moves, as the Chinese sports brand first signed him a regular endorsement deal to wear their regular shoes and sports clothes.
It was after his breakout season, becoming a fan-favorite and his popularity that Rigorer then offer him to make a shoe only for him, his first signature shoe, for Reaves it was a no-brainer and he still can't believe it, as many things are happening fast.
In the same podcast interview, Reaves also went on to reveal that for him, the Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic should've won for the third time in a row the MVP award instead of Joel Embiid. "I think it was just voter's fatigue," said Reaves.
