Howard wants a comeback to LA, but he is happy at the possibility of an opportunity to be back at the NBA

After winning the 2020 NBA championship title with the LA Lakers, the big man Dwight Howard expected to continue his career with the purple and gold and contend for more championship rings, but he was waived.

Dwight then returned for the 2021-22 campaign but after the disastrous outcome, he didn't find another opportunity in the NBA after becoming a free agent.

Dwight had to play in the Taiwanese basketball league last year, but after becoming a free agent once again, is looking for another opportunity in the NBA. Even when Howard wants to have a fourth stint with the purple and gold, his future could be with the Golden State Warriors.

NBA insider Shams Charania reported "Eight-time NBA All-Star Dwight Howard will meet with the Golden State Warriors next week, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. The team has been exploring signing a reserve veteran big man, and now the 2020 Lakers championship center will visit with Warriors officials soon."

The GSW is looking several former Lakers to possibly sign

The Golden State Warriors are still building their roster for the next season, because of that, they have been holding work outs with several players, three of them are former Lakers. Juan Toscano-Anderson, Kent Bazemore, and Dewayne Dedmon.
