Before the Lakers vs. Mavericks, D'Angelo Russell's tribute to Kobe Bryant

Moments before the Los Angeles Lakers played against the Dallas Mavericks, the point guard D'Angelo Russell had a tribute to the purple and gold legend Kobe Bryant.

D'Angelo Russell was showing off his Kobe-inspired Way of Wades which are purple and gold with the numbers 8 and 24, which are Bryant's numbers for his time in LA.

Russell has been the third star of the team and has been a key element for the team's good performance in the season so far. D'Angelo is on his way to improve his 3-point shooting to help the team even more.

Dlo is currently playing his second stint with the team, which has been successful after his first stint with the team it left a lot to be desired. This time around, Russell has been doing great despite his slow performance in the WCF against the Nuggets in the 2023 playoffs.

Max Christie got his opportunity with the team as a starter
