Bradley Beal's final decision about signing with the Lakers

The news broke that the Washington Wizards wanted to make a trade for Bradley Beal; this immediately caught the attention of the Lakers Nation, as the team was interested in signing the star in the season that just ended.

Now that he will be available, the rumors had him going to Los Angeles, as the Lakers are looking to upgrade their guards, especially D'Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley.

But now the Wizards star doesn't want to sign for the Lakers and play alongside LeBron James and Anthony Davis. According to the NBA Insider Fred Katz, the Miami Heat are 'above the rest of the league' for Bradley Beal's preferred landing spot.

"Bradley Beal has had an eye on the Miami Heat for years." Wrote Katz. This could be the last nail in the coffin for the Beal rumors that had him signing for the Lakers.

The Lakers have other superstars in mind this offseason

While Beal was rumored to arrive in LA, the reality is that other reports suggest more superstars being closer to the Lakers than Beal was. One of those names is the Atlanta Hawks superstar Trae Young.
