Year 20 in the NBA for LeBron James wasn't easy, and while he didn't accomplish with the Lakers the ultimate goal of winning the NBA championship title, it was a successful season for the King.
LeBron not only broke Kareem's all-time NBA scoring record, but cemented himself as one of the greatest players of all time and led the team into the Western Conference Finals, and Even when the Denver Nuggets swept LA, LeBron gave a ferocious battle with 38 years and with a foot injury.
Now, one of the new 'Undisputed' Skip Bayless co-hosts, Richard Sherman, has given a bold statement on how James gets criticized for the WCF series vs. the Nuggets but was still impressive.
"The standard that you hold him to is insanity. Imagine averaging 27.7, 9.5 rebounds, 10 assists on 51 percent shooting and you said he had a bad series [against Denver]." Said Sherman.
LeBron James hinted at the possibility of retiring after being swept by the Nuggets, but when the Lakers star received the ESPY award for the best record-breaking performance of the year he said he isn't retiring any time soon. James is getting ready at the gym and continues to work out to start his year 21 in the league.
