The Los Angeles Lakers' former player Mac McClung hasn't had the expected NBA career that once looked promising. Still, the 24 year-old player, after being in the G-League, has made a comeback to the league as he has recently been signed by the Philadelphia 76ers.

But funny enough, McClung, during all his career, has made $106,000 in earnings. Now that he pulled off an outstanding Dunk Contest performance, he got to earn almost the same amount.

Mac earned 100K as the award for winning the Dunk contest, and the online word for many was that he saved the contest, as it has become stall, and he was able to shock everyone by doing something different.

Pau Gasol won the Rising Star competition as a coach

Other former Lakers player got to win another competition on the All-Star weekend, as the legend Pau Gasol coached for the Friday night the winning team with rising stars like Paolo Banchero and Jose Alvarado who took the MVP award.
