Former Lakers Champion predicts Victor Wembanyama a better career than LeBron

Only five games have taken Victor Wembanyama to show that he wasn't only a hyped prospect, but he is already becoming an NBA reality and some are even starting to build buzz around him for a DPOY award and even the MVP of the 2023-24 season.

In his last game against the Phoenix Suns, Wembanyama led the Spurs to take the 132-121 victory against the Kevin Durant and Devin Booker team. Victor got to shine and the NBA media is losing their minds.

Against the Suns, Victor scored 38 points, in 34 minutes of playtime with 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks for a total of +21. The praise around the rookie has been constant, and now a former Lakers champ believes he will have a productive career, maybe even greater than the one LeBron James has had.

LA Lakers forward Metta Sandiford-Artest took to social media to predict that the 19-year-old could win MVP this season and that there might be 10 NBA titles in his future as he wrote: "Wem is winning 10 titles potentially. He might win MVP this year. Definitely 1st team all defense and 1st team all NBA. Potentially the 1st player to be most improved as a rookie."
