Goodbye, D'Angelo Russell, the superstar PG that will replace him for the next season

The Los Angeles Lakers are in trouble in the Western Conference Finals as they are down 0-3, and till this moment, no NBA franchise has been able to win a series after starting like that.

D'Angelo Russell set the expectations high, but he has underperformed in the playoffs, and even when it was said the Purple and Gold front office was going to try to sign him an extension deal, that could be off the table as he hasn't helped in the postseason as it was expected.

And now ESPN's Brian Windhorst has dropped a bomb with the newest report having the Lakers trying to get Kyrie Irving and retain Austin Reaves this summer.

"The way this series is ending, the more likely it becomes... Kyrie is ready to come to the Lakers," said Windhorst. This shows that the FO is done with D-Lo and won't offer him an extension after his playoff failure.

The Lakers need to win tonight if they want to stay alive in the WCF
