The Los Angeles Lakers could be getting some luck after losing the opportunity to land a superstar PG, as the Suns and the Wizards have traded CP3 for Bradley Beal.
It was starting to look like the purple and gold had run out of luck, but the recent news involving the Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green could change everything.
With the Suns having a dangerous new Big three including Bradley Beal, Kevin Durant, and Devin Booker, so if the Lakers want to compete, they need another star, and who better than Green, who is known to be a close friend of LeBron James.
With information via NBA insider Shams Charania, Draymond Green is declining his $27M player option and is now an unrestricted free agent and the Lakers could go up to 30 million per year to land the star and create a Big 3 to compete with the Suns and the Nuggets.
The city rival for the Lakers, the Clippers have in their sight to land Chris Paul and teaming him up with former purple and gold Russell Westbrook to have a more potent backcourt alongside Paul George and Kawhi Leonard.
