With a busy life like the Lakers superstar LeBron James, it will surprise how much he gets to sleep every night

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is close to turning 38 years old, so it is no surprise that he has to do everything he can to stay in the best shape possible to continue performing on the highest level and still look like he is on prime mode.

James has revealed that he spends about one million dollars annually on products that help him to shape his body and to stay as healthy as he can to help the Lakers to win another championship title.

LeBron himself talked about he gets 10-12 hours of sleep per night, which is crazy as he is a busy athlete, as he not only works out and plays basketball in the NBA full-time, but he spends time with his family, and friends and is also a business entrepreneur.

For LeBron to sleep correctly, he pays attention to temperature, as he has dialed in on the fact that 68 to 70 degrees are the optimal temperature for his sleep. James also creates a soothing bedtime environment and embraces accountability.

LeBron isn't the only athlete to get that kind of sleep

Far from being an anomaly, James joins legions of athletes who prioritize getting tons of sleep. Tennis great Roger Federer reportedly gets 10 to 12 hours per night, and stories of other sleep-loving pros abound. Gabby Douglas, Mikaela Shiffrin, Lindsey Vonn, Michael Phelps, Michelle Wie, and Usain Bolt have all made headlines for their proclivity for shuteye, to name just a few.
