One of the most rumored players for the LA Lakers to make a trade for is the Atlanta Hawks star Dejounte Murray. Despite the guard not living up to what he did on his former team, the change could benefit both parties.
The fans haven't been that warm about the idea of LA making a trade for Murray and preferred a bigger name, but his latest performance is convincing the fans he could be of great help.
Dejounte Murray last night: 32 Points, 6 Rebounds, 3 Assists, 13-21 FG, 3-6 3PT. The Lakers could use a young, athletic guard who can be the main POA defender and averages 38% from 3 on 6 attempts per game.
D'Angelo Russell and Gabe Vincent are just some of the names that could become trading assets as the team is reported to have Austin Reaves as unmovable from LA.
That being said, the Lakers are one of four frontrunners for Zach LaVine, one of three for Trae Young, and one of two for Dejounte Murray. In addition, they have been linked to a huge three-team blockbuster trade. Those moves take priority.
