By James Brown
LeBron James is one of the best players of all time in the NBA, and many have him even as the number one, but some, especially the 'old school' people still have Michael Jordan as the GOAT.
ESPN's famous and polarizing commentator Stephen A. Smith is one of them, as he is known to be on MJ's 'camp.' He recently said on the Podcast P with Paul George how placing LeBron James as his number two of all time didn't sit well with the King's agent Rich Paul.
"I got [LeBron James] as the 2nd best player in the history of basketball... I said [to Rich Paul] 'You act like that's an insult.' This dude [says] 'It is an insult.'... I said 'Get the f*ck out of my face.'" Said Smith.
There's no doubt that LeBron James and his close friend who is also his agent is a disrespect as both believe the Lakers star to be the greatest player of all time, as James has done everything possible on the sport.
Even when James doesn't believe that winning at least six championship titles is necessary for him to be the NBA's GOAT, he is still looking to tie MJ's number of rings and he is planning to play for more years to come in the league.
