By James Brown
The Nuggets are currently leading the NBA Finals series 2-1 over the Miami Heat in what is becoming a more exciting Finals than first expected.
But a former Lakers player started the season in Los Angeles and requested his trade to have more playing time than what he was getting from coach Darvin Ham.
Thomas Bryant was a player that the Lakers Nation liked when Anthony Davis wasn't around and even when both shared the court. Bryant had the size and was the Center the team would've used precisely against the Nuggets in the WCF.
But Bryant was traded to Denver because he wanted more playing time; now he could win an NBA title without playing a single minute of the Finals if the first three games are an example of what's going to happen for him, as he hasn't been using by Head Coach Mike Malone.
The Nugget's head coach is known to despise the Lakers, as he has currently referred to the team while his squad is playing in the NBA Finals. Bryant started the season in LA, and that could've condemned to be a bench warmer for Malone.
