The LA Lakers have made a roster change that is exciting the fans ahead of the next season

The Los Angeles Lakers are almost ready to start the next season, as only one roster spot remains to be available, but yesterday, the organization made a move that changed things.

The forward Cole Swider who is a sharp 3-point shooter was waived after he isn't a good defender and his only ball game consists of shooting 3-pointers.

The player that passed from have been signed a 10-day contract to now signing a two-way contract is Alex Fudge. It's not the move the Lakers fans were expecting, as the team still needs a big center, but fans are excited about what the forward could bring to the team.

The Lakers made the move of waiving Swider because they wanted to sign Fudge instead after his amazing performances in the Summer League. The rookie could be helpful for the next season.

Coach Ham will give the rookies more playing time

In the last season, Max Christie was the rookie player to have more playing time, still, it was what the rookies wanted as coach Ham almost didn't give them enough playing time. But the rookies for the next season look to be ready for whatever challenge they have to face.
