Two days ago was Kobe Bryant's birthday and yesterday was "Mamba Day," an LA celebration of the brilliant player from the NBA and often regarded as the greatest Laker ever.
Being one of the most beloved NBA players of all time, and having inspired countless of players and different generations on and off the court, many former teammates, players, head coaches and more have reacted to these days.
Russell Westbrook, probably the most despised Laker in the last couple of years had to leave the team's roster, especially after being called a vampire in the locker room. Westbrook also was the highest paid player in the roster with a 47 million annual salary, now has signed a two million deal with the LA Clippers.
Westbrook has signed with the city rival, the LA Clippers, but now that is mamba day, Russell has shown his love and respect for the Legend's greatness. Russ posted an old photo of himself and Kobe Bryant with their Olympic Gold Medals back in 2012.
19 years after Kobe, LeBron broke out the same dunk on the same basket which made the team fans to be excited about what they saw back then. LeBron James made the dunk as a tribute to the Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.
