The Los Angeles Lakers had a terrible season last year, to the point that none of the stars were doing great. A lot of issues involving injuries and some underperformances, like Russell Westbrook, made for a forgettable campaign.
But the Lakers icon Shaquille O'Neal has a funny story of how he knew it was all over for the season. And involves none other than the music legend Stevie Wonder.
"I Remember I sat courtside. Stevie Wonder was there. He yelled ‘Brick’ at a LeBron James three. How the f*ck do you know?" said Shaq. And that's when O'Neal knew that the season was gone.
After the last terrible season, the Lakers are looking to make a comeback to form and redeem themselves. Even when fans still aren't happy with the team's roster at the moment. But with rumors of a new movement, anything can happen.
This is not the first time Shaq has a funny anecdote about Stevie Wonder, as he also recalls one time when the music legend recognized him, and that kind of scared O'Neal. And it is not an easy thing to do, to scare a big guy like Shaq.
