If the Miami Heat can sign Damian Lillard, the recent NBA finalist will be a threat to the whole league, but the deal is still in the works, even when training camp is around the corner.

Lillard has it clear, there's an NBA franchise he would never like to be part of: the Golden State Warriors. This leaves the door open for a possibility of the superstar to sign in the future with LA, as he has never said no to the Lakers franchise and once the LeBron James era passes, Lillard could become the new face of the team alongside AD.
