Most Lakers fans and the NBA media have been asking how coach Darvin Ham plans to stop the Denver Nuggets superstar and two-time MVP of the NBA, Nikola Jokic.

Besides coach Ham's first joke of having to kidnap him, the real answer seems to be having a size player have a similar role to Dwight Howard in the 2020 championship WCF series.

"You're not going to speed him up, you're not going to slow him down, you just have to make sure you have a presence on him the whole time... but you just try as much as possible to put him in a position where it creates indecision." Darvin Ham on Nikola Jokić.

But we fans shouldn't be surprised if Darvin Ham puts Tristan Thompson on Jokic. Thompson hasn't had much playing time in the Lakers postseason, but his size and experience could help stop the "Joker."

For Lonnie Walker, the trades at the deadline changed everything

Even before the trades happened at the deadline, the LA Laker's attitude and energy were different from the 2-10 season starter record, and they were on the path to turning things around. Still, the movements made by GM Rob Pelinka changed everything. For Lonnie Walker, the players that arrived in LA took the Lakers' chemistry to another level, becoming the reason for the team's recent success.
