The Lakers have been suffering from the minutes without Anthony Davis; Coach Ham has the solution ready for tonight's Game 6

The Los Angeles Lakers have a golden opportunity tonight to close out the playoffs' first-round series vs. the Memphis Grizzlies at home. It is a must-win for the team coached by Darvin Ham.

If the  Lakers lose tonight, things could get ugly, as only one game will be left to play at the Grizzlies' home in Memphis. That's why coach Darvin Ham is preparing a new strategy after losing the games when Anthony Davis is on the bench.

In the third quarter of Game 5, the Lakers lost the game after cutting their 9-point difference to trail just by one, and coach Ham decided to rest Anthony Davis and go small; that's when the Grizzlies took a lead that made the team lose the game.

Coach Ham has now decided to play Wenyen when AD is on the bench for Game 6. "Absolutely. Wenyen, you throw him out there even if it's in short spurts, he's always one that brings great energy to the game as he did when we threw him out there. We'll go back to the drawing board, look at the film, and see what we come up with. And again, the biggest part is to be ready to come out on Friday like gangbusters and compete for 48 minutes or however long it takes."

LeBron James vows to do better in Game 6

Like Davis, LeBron James will do whatever it takes to lead the Lakers past the first round. After a poor Game 5 performance and admitting to being sh*t in his own words, James promised to be better in Game 6.
