The Lakers were able to turn around the season, making it into the NBA Western Conference Finals, but they failed in their ultimate goal, winning the championship; not only that but they got swept by the Denver Nuggets.

One of the players that got signed with a two-year contract, but more specifically for the playoffs, was the South Bay Lakers Guard Shaquille Harrison, but now it seems that Ham doesn't want him on the team anymore.

According to information by The Athletic's Lakers insider Jovan Buha, Shaq Harrison will be waived (he has a $2.4 million non-guaranteed contract for next season).

This move is surprising to the fans, as Harrison has the vet minimum salary and could be helpful, but at the same time, they think that Darvin Ham and Rob Pelinka have a plan.

Malik Beasley and Mo Bamba could be the following players to leave the team

The six players that will be a lock for the next season are LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Max Christie, Austin Reaves, Rui Hahcimura, and Jarred Vanderbilt. And the next couple of players to be waived are Malik Beasley and Mo Bamba, according to Buha.
