The Lakers are heading to the playoffs seeds, but first, they have to beat the Utah Jazz

With four games left for the Lakers' regular season, the team is looking to get straight into the playoffs by reaching the 6th seed and avoiding the Play-In tournament.

The next road trip match is against the Utah Jazz, but they will need a key player. The Lakers shouldn't enter the comfort zone as they have to leave it all to get the win.

There's no more time for speculation; the purple and gold need to win every game out of their last four games. One of the crucial games will be Wednesday against the city rival, the Clippers.

In an unfortunate piece of news for the Utah Jazz, rising star Walker Kessler is reportedly entering concussion protocol and will likely miss the remainder of the regular season. The Lakers and Jazz are set to face off twice this week.

The Lakers' latest games of the regular season

The stars may be aligning for the seventh-place Lakers to escape the play-in tournament in the Western Conference. The team is suddenly just half a game behind the sixth-place Golden State Warriors and fifth-place Los Angeles Clippers, meaning the Lakers are entirely within striking distance of both teams. In addition to facing the Jazz twice, the other two teams the Lakers will play this week are the Clippers and Phoenix Suns.
