The Los Angeles Clippers are in pursuit of their first championship title in their franchise history, for that, they have built a superteam with four superstars.

The Clippers just made a trade to get James Harden and team him up with Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and Russell Westbrook. These moves make many to be cautious as some in the NBA media believe it could become a disaster.

Others believe the team is now the favorite team to win the Western Conference, one big example is the recent ESPN analytics chart that shows which team had the best chance to win the West.

Unsurprisingly, with Harden now in the clips, the analytics has some disrespect towards the purple and gold. According to ESPN analytics the team with the best chance to win the Western Conference after the James Harden Trade is the Clippers with a 22% and PCT To win the title 12%. Followed by the Nuggets with 19% and a PCT to win the title of 10%. The third place goes for the Warriors with 18% to win the title of 9%. At the fourth place is the Lakers with an 8% and a 4% to win the title.

The Los Angeles Lakers are the underdogs once again

Last season no one believed in the Lakers to make it to the playoffs, they made it to the Western Conference Finals. This season, even after an eventful offseason, the team is the underdog again, especially after the slow start with a loss to the Denver Nuggets.
