Joey Buss' decision that will affect the Lakers' future

The Los Angeles Lakers keep making changes inside the franchise, this time with a necessary move that Joey, Jeanie Buss brother has taken action after the former purple and gold's head coach Frank Vogel 'stole' Miles Simon, the Southbay Lakers head coach.

Frank Vogel's past with the Lakers had him taking three staff members of LA's franchise and the last move made the South Bay stay without a head coach but not for long as Joey Buss has found his replacement.

Joey  Buss has named Dane Johnson the new South Bay Lakers head coach, replacing Simon, and has spoken on the decision. This move could also affect the Lakers' future as Dane Johnson has a great understanding with coach Darvin Ham.

“Dane has developed many coaching attributes over the last 7 yrs w/ this org. We are excited to see his growth in becoming our next head coach. He has a key understanding of our culture & goal of winning a championship while developing high-level talent for the NBA.” Said Buss.
