In recent days an old video of Kobe Bryant stating that the Los Angeles Lakers only hang banners for the NBA Championship title re-surfaced after the controversial decision made by the front office to hang a banner for their In-Season Tournament Championship.

Many believed that the NBA forced the team to do it, as many reports before the final game between the Lakers and the Indiana Pacers said that the Lakers organization didn't have any plans on hanging a banner and suddenly they changed that.

Now, the Lakers have unveiled their IST championship banner on Monday night in the game against the NY Knicks that ended with a loss. The 'Undisputed' analyst Richard Sherman believes that Kobe Bryant wouldn't have taken that action well.

“Lakers only raise championship banners. The great Kobe Bean Bryant is rolling over in his grave.” Said Sherman on the latest 'Undisputed' episode where Skip Bayless also went hard on the team, especially on LeBron James.

LeBron James has faith in the team being capable of turning things around

If the Lakers are going to be successful and begin turning things around, James said they simply need to get some rest and lock in. “Get some rest. Get health. Try to finish out December the right way obviously,” he added. “It’s been a killer for us with the travel and games and things of that nature. But no rest for the weary, we just got to mentally stay locked in and get ready for Chicago first, who had a big win tonight. Big win for them against Philly in Philly. So looking forward to the matchup.”
