Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal is a big person and has intimidated almost anyone in the world until now.

One of the most recent controversies in the NBA world was the punishment the Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver got, which raised many questions. After some pressure from players and executives, Saver is selling the franchise.

One suitor that raised his hand immediately was the Los Angeles Lakers Icon Shaquille O'Neal, as he revealed on his podcast. Still, his interest didn't last long, as he was open to the idea of purchasing the time when he found out who was the other interested in acquiring the franchise.

More Lakers news:

"I was open (to the idea of purchasing the team) until I saw the initials JB. Let me tell you something. You don't mess with James Brown; you don't mess with Jeff Bezos," Shaq said. "When the boys come on stage, get your a** and go. So, Jeff said he wanted it, and a couple of other heavy hitters said they wanted it. I'm not going to put my name in the bucket on this one." Concluded O'Neal.

While Shaq is a physically dominant force and financially is also doing great with an estimated 400 million net worth, he can't compare with Amazon's founder Bezos who has a net worth of nearly 140 billion. So it seems that Shaq is finally afraid of someone, at least when it is about money.

Shaquille O'Neal about the other NBA controversy

In these weeks, another controversy surfaced in the NBA with the Boston Celtics coach front and center, and O'Neal immediately said he wasn't going to talk about that, as he was a serial cheater, something he truly regrets now, and would be hypocritical to judge about what happened to Ime Udoka.
