In an exciting work of revising stats of the NBA, recently, the website fadeawayworld.com compiled a list of the best rebounders in NBA history, whit the ability to read where the ball bounces off the rim and found ways to accomplish spectacular showings on the stat sheets year after year.

In this list, players lead each position by being the greatest in the NBA of all time. Although most of the players in this list are historical NBA figures and just a couple more modern names, it will remain to be seen if an active player can break some of these players' records.

Out of the five positions, in three of them, the leading player in rebounds played for the Lakers, marking the franchise with the best top rebounder players in NBA. In the PG position, the best rebounder is Jason Kidd, with 8.725 rebounds out of 1,040 games played. Kidd is ahead of players like Lakers Russell Westbrook.

In the shooting guard position, it could be no other than Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, who is undoubtedly the best rebounder, even higher than Michael Jordan. The superstar played far more extended than MJ, over 300 games more, accumulating 7,047 rebounds out of 1,346 games.

The other two Lakers players as the best rebounders in their position

In the small forward position, Elgin Baylor amassed 11,463 rebounds of 846 games played; even if Baylor was known to be an all-time great scorer, he leads his petition as the best rebounder, ahead of the Lakers star LeBron James who is in 2nd with 10,210 rebounds of 1,366 games played. The PF position leads Elvin Hayes with 16,279 rebounds of 1,303 games played. And finally but not least, the center with the best number of rebounds is Wilt Chamberlain, with 23,924 rebounds in 1,045 games played.
