By James Brown
LeBron James is the face of the Los Angeles Lakers franchise, but before that, he was part of two NBA franchises, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat.
With the three teams LeBron has won championship titles, with Miami being the only franchise he has repeated, still, for the Lakers legend Pat Riley, who currently is the president of the Miami Heat, James isn't the greatest player for the Heat.
Is a controversial statement but for Riley, there's a reason why, as he recently said "LeBron [James] was here for four years and gave us a tremendous lift and helped Dwyane achieve what he wanted to achieve," he said during a conference call with reporters."
"But over the body of work here in Miami, Dwyane is the greatest player who ever played for the Heat. That's not an insult to LeBron, that's because of his longevity and the short term that LeBron was here."
For LeBron James fans, the superstar should be at the same level as Dwyane Wade in the Miami Heat, as he helped to win two out of the three championship trophies the franchise has.
