The Lakers superstar LeBron James will be representing the team in the All-Star weekend, but he wasn't present at today's practice

The Los Angeles Lakers saw Scotty Pippen Jr., Pau Gasol, and LeBron James, their representatives in the All-Star Weekend. Pippen Jr. had excellent participation but nothing more beyond that, but Pau Gasol, as a coach, went to win the competition and had some words to his teammate and late friend Kobe Bryant.

LeBron James is still set to play this Sunday night in the All-Stars game, where he will be leading the West team and will receive in the half-time of it an hommage after becoming the NBA's top scorer leader all-time.

But the Lakers superstar set the alarm on for everybody as he was absent in the NBA All-Star practice, which was a somewhat surprising development. It's now known that James will be missing the practice due to personal reasons.

It was strange to hear that James would be missing this practice, and the immediate concern revolved around whether or not he had picked up some injury. While James isn't injured, everyone is hoping everything is alright for him and that he won't be forced to miss the game on Sunday.

Giannis will be playing on Sunday

Even when the Bucks superstar got injured after spraining his wrist in the game vs. the Chicago Bulls, he will be playing in the All-Stars game against the Laker superstar LeBron James.
